Most people have already heard of the most successful entrepreneur of our generation, Elon Musk, but just in case you haven’t, let’s bring you up to speed. He is the creator of SpaceX, the leading innovator company in space travel, and by far one of the richest men in the world.
He’s made quite a name for himself in the industry and whether you know him as a brilliant investor or from his online persona you must have heard of him at one point or another.
His most recent claims for example are quite preposterous, to say the least, as he claims to be able to create low-cost energy-efficient spacecraft at his own will that will actually help him travel to Mars and back.
For only $200,000 per person, he hopes to be able to create reusable rockets that will be able to take anyone from Mars to Earth in less than 20 minutes or so.
You could have around 200 people on the rocket and if everything’s going well, he would have his Utopia on Mars in 40-100 years or so.
But if you don’t know about him now how will you react when you find out someone already knew about him before he even became famous?
A popular German-born American aerospace engineer and space architect by the name of Wernher von Braun had a book released named The Mars Project in which he spoke of the colonization of Mars and how this was all going to be led by “Elon” of all people.
Despite the fact that this book was released in 1952, it is jarring to see just how accurate it is, to say the least.
